Follow the Great River Road, which runs along both sides of the Mississippi. If you're traveling from the Minnesota side of the river, cross at either Red Wing (we're 18 miles down-river on Wisconsin State Highway 35) or Wabasha (take Highway 35 at Nelson and come up-river 11 miles).
